Black Forest Ham in Crock Pot
6-8 lbs black forest ham, sliced thin. (There are two kinds at the Walmart deli and we just bought the cheapest. Have the deli shave it as thin as they can for you.)
Sauce:
6 cups ketchup
10 Tbsp dry mustard
2 Tbsp Worcester Sauce
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups vinegar
Mix Sauce ingredients together
Layer sauce, then ham, then sauce
Put in the refrigerator (I made it the night before, but if you make it the day you want to serve it, make it a few hours early and let it sit in the refrigerator for an hour or two.)
Put it in the crock pot for 3-4 hours before you serve it or put in the oven at 225 degrees for three hours and it is ready to serve
