El Torito Salad dressing
1cup cilantro
1/2 cup toasted pumpkin seeds (pepita)
4 TBS shredded parmesan cheese
1TBS ranch dressing mix
7 whole peppercorns
3/4 cup plain yogurt
Blend all ingredients in a blender on high. Then, turn to slow speed. Add 1/4 cup olive oil. And refrigerate and serve.
