Cheese Potatoes
6 potatoes
1 cube butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 dried onions
12-16 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Boil potatoes with skins on until tender. Cool, then scrape off skin and grate. Put the potatoes in a greased 9x13 pan. Melt butter, add cream of chicken soup. Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream and onions. Pour mixture over potatoes and stir together. Bakek at 350 degreese for 30-40 minutes, until bubbling on the edge.
