c. chopped celery

medium onion, chopped

can (7 oz.) sliced mushrooms

can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes

c. ketchup

c. water

tsp. chili powder

Tbsp. dry Tapioca

tsp. salt

tsp. pepper

Tbsp. worcestershire sauce

Tbsp. vinegar
Brown
hamburger. Add celery and onions. Cook 2 minutes so soften. Add remaining ingredients
and simmer 20-30 minutes to thicken. Serve on hamburger buns.
