Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing
4.5 oz. bleu cheese, crumbled
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/4 t. pepper1/4 t. salt
1 t. onion powder
2 t. horseradish
1/2 t. minced garlic
2 T. vinegar OR lemon juice
2 T. milk
Mix all ingredients together and chill in the refrigerator. You may need a bit more milk to thin to best consistency. Makes about 2 cups.
