Dutch Oven Potatoes
1/4lb. bacon
2 onions, chopped
8 potatoes, sliced
1-2 cups cheddar cheese, according to taste
Cook the bacon, then the onions in a dutch oven. Add the potatoes and stir. Cover and cook dutch oven style until the potatoes are soft, about 1 hour. Sprinkle on the cheese and cover a few more minutes to let the cheese melt. Serves 8-10 people.
