Italian Roast Beef Sandwich

5 lb chuck roast
1 Italian dressing mix
1 tsp each:
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Basil
Onion powder
½ t garlic powder
Mix with 3 cups water. Pour over roast. Cook 8-10 hours on low. Remove and cool slightly. Shred meat. Discard fat. Return to crock pot and cook over high till heated thru. Serve on sandwich buns with cheese, mustard etc.
Serves about 10-15.
