1 -32 oz frozen hash browns
½ c melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup, or cream of mushroom, undiluted
12 oz grated cheese
1-8oz carton sour cream
1 t salt
½ small onion chopped
5 c crushed corn flakes
½ c melted butter
Thaw potatoes. Mix next 6 ingredients. Pour over potatoes. Top with cornflakes. Drizzle butter over.
Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
