Pineapple Cheese Ball



Pineapple Cheese Ball

2 ( 8 oz) cream cheese                                 
1 (8 ½ oz) can crushed pineapple, Well drained
2 cups chopped pecans- Divided ½ cup, 1 ½ cup
¼ c finely chopped green bell pepper                                                                         
1 Tbsp finely chopped onion 
1 tsp seasoning salt

Soften cream cheese.  Gradually stir in crushed pineapple, ½ cup of pecans, green pepper, onions, and salt.  Chill well.  Form in 2 cheese balls.  Roll in 1 ½ cups pecans.  Chill.

Note: put saran wrap into curved bowl or other container, then chill before rolling in nuts.  Or for logs, roll in wax paper.  Chill.  Roll in nuts.
