Corn Dish
1/2 cup chopped green pepper1/2 cup chopped purple onion
1 12-15 oz. can corn
1 can mexi-corn
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 bag of chili cheese fritos, crunched a little
Mix ingredients together, except fritos. Refrigerate. Add the fritos just before serving to keep them crunchy.
